How Living Sober Has Improved My Health

I used to drink every day. When I woke up in the morning, I would reach for a beer or two before breakfast. Then during the day, it was almost always wine with lunch and dinner. There were times when I would have more than three drinks at one time! But this all changed after my doctor told me that drinking alcohol could lead to serious health problems like liver disease and cancer. After hearing about these possible consequences, I decided that living sober was worth it if it meant being healthy! But now, when something goes wrong, I handle it with grace because my life isn’t as hectic anymore. When your schedule is less packed and you have fewer things to worry about, it’s easier to keep your stress levels down. You also won’t have as many problems with anxiety or depression because you’re more laid back!

I am now living a healthier, happier life. It has been over six months since my last drink, and I feel better than ever. Not only have my relationships improved but so has the quality of my work and mental health. Living sober is not accessible by any means, but it can be done with support from friends and family members and professional help if needed. If you are struggling …
